Is Telegram secure enough for business data?
Telegram offers end-to-end encryption for secret chats. By default, the AutoPult Bot does not send complete customer data — only brief information with a link to the CRM.
Can customers use the Telegram Bot directly?
The Telegram Bot is designed for internal team communication. For direct customer communication, we recommend the WhatsApp Business integration.
How many groups can I connect?
There is no limit. You can connect any number of Telegram groups and individual chats with the AutoPult Bot and configure them individually.
