Attention – Warranty: When selling to consumers, the statutory warranty of at least one year applies (reduction from 24 to 12 months is possible for used vehicles). The vehicle handover is the final step in the sales process – and an important one for customer satisfaction and legal protection. AutoPult creates a digital handover protocol documenting the vehicle’s condition at handover with photos. The customer confirms receipt digitally, and keys and documents are marked as handed over. The protocol is automatically filed in the vehicle record and in the CRM. In case of later complaints, you have complete documentation of the condition at handover.

After handover, AutoPult automatically initiates the after-sales process: satisfaction survey via WhatsApp, review invitation for Google and the portals, and reminders for upcoming inspections or MOT dates. This way, you turn every sale into a long-term customer relationship.
