Common Questions About Our Pricing
We accept SEPA direct debit, bank transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For Enterprise customers, we also offer payment by invoice with individual payment terms.
No. All plans can be cancelled monthly. With annual prepayment, you receive a 10% discount. Cancellation is possible at the end of the current billing period.
All stated prices are net prices plus statutory VAT (currently 19%). VAT is shown separately on your invoice.
Yes, an upgrade is possible at any time and calculated pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period. Your data is fully preserved.
After the 14-day trial, you choose a plan. There is no automatic renewal and no hidden costs. Test data can be transferred to your chosen plan.

Yes, additional users can be added. The cost is EUR 19 per user on Starter and EUR 15 on Professional (monthly, excl. VAT).
