Yes, AutoPult fully supports both the ZUGFeRD format and the XRechnung standard. You can create, send and receive electronic invoices – fully compliant with the requirements of the Growth Opportunities Act. GoBD-compliant archiving is also integrated, ensuring all invoices are stored in an audit-proof manner.
AutoPult calculates margin taxation fully automatically. When purchasing a vehicle, the purchase price is recorded, and the system automatically determines the trade margin and applicable VAT upon sale. Invoices contain all legally required references under §25a UStG. The DATEV export uses the correct posting keys (SKR03/SKR04), so your tax advisor can import the data directly.
Yes, switching to AutoPult is straightforward. We offer free data migration from common systems like Loco-Soft, Autrado, Ackermann and also from Excel spreadsheets. Our onboarding team guides you through the entire migration process and ensures that no data record is lost. Typically, the switch is completed within 1-2 weeks.
